A Massage as Individual as You at Sublime Wellness Massage in Portland, Oregon

Therapeutic Massage Service

Our most popular service for chronic pain, posture correction, injury recovery, and stress management. Common conditions treated include sciatica, low back pain, neck stiffness, shoulder impingement, TMJ dysfunction, migraines, and repetitive strain injuries. Pressure can range from light to deep depending on what is needed and wanted from the client. This massage is centered around a more detail oriented and clinical technique (like trigger point therapy and myofascial release) for fastest recovery. -$110 per hour

Sports Massage Service

Designed for athletes and active individuals, this massage type is targeted around your athletic goals, providing improvement in range of motion, recovery speed, and preventing injuries such as muscle strains, tendonitis, IT band syndrome, fascial adhesions and joint overuse. Ideal for runners, cyclists, weight-lifters, athletes, and weekend warriors. -$110 per hour

Deep Tissue Massage Service

Recommended for clients with dense, chronic muscular tension, scar tissue, or restricted mobility. Often used for frozen shoulder, hip tightness, low back pain, or as a preferred pressure preference in order to relax and unwind. This massage communicates to the practitioner that you are wanting deeper work and can be done in a more therapeutic or traditional swedish style. -$110 per hour

Swedish Massage Service

A relaxing, flowing technique that reduces stress, enhances circulation, and promotes general wellness. Ideal for clients managing stress, anxiety, insomnia, or muscle tension without deep pressure. -$110 per hour

Trigger Point Therapy Technique

This focused treatment addresses hyper-irritable muscle knots and pain referral patterns, often helpful for tension headaches, complex lower back pain, scapular pain, and upper back pain, and usually caused by repetitive stress injuries. This technique is commonly performed by the practitioner during a therapeutic or sports massage.

Myofascial Release Technique

A intentional, and sustained technique to release fascial adhesions in the superficial fascia and deeper fascia that can limit movement and cause pain. Great for postural imbalance, chronic injuries, limited range of motion, hard to penetrate tissue, and overall tightness. This technique is performed during therapeutic massages, sports massages and sometimes deep tissue massages.

Cupping

Using negative pressure to lift tissue and improve circulation, cupping helps relieve fascial tightness and adhesion, support lymphatic drainage, and help the practitioner access the muscles faster by softening and stretching the superficial fascial tissue. Sublime Wellness offers 3 types of cupping services. Moveable cups (great for superficial fascial), stationary cups (great for deeper fascia) and red light therapy cups to infuse your muscles with healing and anti-inflammatory red light therapy. This service is free of charge and is offered at the client and practitioners discretion with any massage. -$0

Gua Sha

Uses a smooth-edged tool to scrape deeper fascial adhesions within the muscles. This technique is fantastic at undoing years of chronic pain and holding patterns with its ability to break down adhesions in a way that hands
cannot. Gua Sha is known for leaving a trail of redness where the adhesion has been released (hence the meaning of the word “sha” in Gua Sha). But fret not, this redness is not a bruise, but rather stagnant blood that was trapped inside of the adhesion, now released, signaling that the body will now heal correctly. This technique is also offered free of charge at the client and practitioners discretion. -$0

Add Ons

Hot Stones/Heat Therapy

Hot Stones are massaged into the muscles intermittently throughout the massage with a customizable temperature. This add on softens muscle and fascial tissue, allowing more work to be accomplished than with just massage alone. It is highly recommended for anyone experiencing pain, tightness and stress. -$10

Magnesium Cream

A Magnesium cream with a high dosage of elemental magnesium (the same thing that epsom salt is made from) is used throughout the massage in place of regular massage cream. This cream is incredible at reducing pain, swelling, inflammation and soothing the muscles. Topped off with a MSM spray to heighten the
anti-inflammatory benefits, this add on is essential for anyone wanting to upgrade their pain relief as an add on to any massage. -$5

CBD Topical & Gummy

A highly efficacious CBD topical is used throughout the massage in place of regular massage cream. Not only that, the client is offered a 2 pack of “Wyld Gummies” at the start of their visit to ensure that they are getting the benefits of CBD both internally and externally. CBD is widely used and studied for its amazing benefits in pain relief, stress relief, mental health improvement, and overall healing. -$15

Aromatherapy

A customizable blend of your scent choice(s) is used throughout the entire massage and inhaled multiple times by the client. Aromatherapy is a wonderful way to relax, distress, uplift, or simply add more pleasure to your massage experience. -$10

Scrubs (Back/Hands/Feet)

A customizable blend of your scent choice(s) is used throughout the entire massage and inhaled multiple times by the client. Aromatherapy is a wonderful way to relax, distress, uplift, or simply add more pleasure to your massage experience. -$15 (each area).
